BELGIAN JAZZ MEETING 2013! SEPTEMBER 6-8, LIEGE

Friday 6, Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 September 2013, Belgian jazz is looking forward to meeting you in Liege, for the 2nd edition of the Belgian Jazz Meeting.

Belgian Jazz Meeting:

• A professional showcase event to discover the renaissance of Belgian jazz;
• 12 Belgian jazz groups that have been hand-picked by a jury of professionals and that have made their mark on the Belgian scene - both Flemish and French-speaking - playing showcases of 30 minutes;
• A networking project for jazz professionals from Belgium and abroad;
• Three days that follow the success of the first edition held in Bruges in September 2011;
• Three days organised by MUSEACT, the JazzTogether platform and De Werf & JazzLab Series, as a partnership between jazz professionals from Flanders, Wallonia and Brussels;
• With the support of the Federation Wallonie-Bruxelles, Wallonie-Bruxelles International, Wallonie-Bruxelles-Musiques, the Flemish Authorities, Flanders Music Centre with the participation of the Province of Liege;
• The complete programme and more detailed information will be available in the spring of 2013.
